Package for the WS Coil Cutting Machine
The WS machine has
for many years been a well appreciated workhorse
in the industry to cut single and coiled coil
filaments for incandescent lamps.
Some of the electronic components of the control
units in operation are no longer available on
the market and, as a consequence, servicing of
these units is a problem. However, to enable you
to continue operating the WS machine, we have
developed a new electronic control package based
on the latest state of the art of technology.
This new control package can easily be used as a
retrofit package.
The new control package for the WS machine
consists of
- The control
box is equipped with a new state of the art
electronic control unit
- The
maintenance free induction motor replaces
the DC motor
- The laser
sensor replaces the former optic sensor
- The machine is
equipped with standard proximity sensors
- The machine is
equipped with new coils for the cutting
drive
