Package for the WA/WAD dissolving plants
The WA/WAD plants
have for many years been a well appreciated
equipments for dissolving mandrels.
Some of the
electronic components of the control units in
operation are no longer available on the market
and, as a consequence, servicing of these units
could become a problem. However, to enable you
to continue operating the WA/WAD plants, we have
developed a new electronic control package based
on the latest state of the art of technology.
This new control package can easily be used as a
retrofit package.
The new control
package for the WA/WAD plants consists of
- The control
unit is built up with standard Siemens
Simatic S7 components
- The
man-machine interface is a graphic monitor
equipped with function and system keys
- The control
unit and the man-machine interface are in
tight boxes to avoid any risk of corrosion
- New sensors
for the levels of acid and water
